The houses that appear on this website are priced below market value. I have one
master key that will open up all of our houses. If you are a licensed real estate broker, you may have our master key
for your office. I pay a 3.5% commission on any house sold. If an offer is accepted by my office, your buyer will
have to qualify for a mortgage before contracts are prepared.
We'll use this site to provide the background for our business and allow you to
review the homes we have to offer. People don't want to spend time figuring out what a business does, so this website
will highlight the most important features of our business. We think of our website as a kind of portal, giving
customers the information they want at a glance, and offering lots of answers to frequently asked questions.
We obtain new houses every week.
